Abdul was great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable about the selection of door products. He provided a detailed overview of the door construction, installation process, and the purchasing process. My door was delivered within a few weeks and the crew that completed the installation were very professional as well. Porter and Porter Floors and Home Improvement under the general contracting of MAS Home Improvement just completed a kitchen backsplash job for us and we are absolutely pleased by it. We have lived with a stainless-steel backsplash over the stove for many years and would not recommend that. MAS Home Improvement came in, provided an estimate on the job for the materials, which we procured so we could select the tiles, colors and grout color we wanted. The team from Porter and Porter showed up on time, did a highly professional job preparing the job site and completed it in a timely manner. I had a weather rotted side door panel and a door that had seen better days. I’m a newer home owner who isn’t good at navigating repairs, but I stumbled upon MAS Home Improvement from Google and I have nothing but good things to stay. I called and got scheduled for a consultation and they were fast, responsive, and professional. We got the consultation scheduled and they laid out (with visuals and guides) the types of doors, features, and designs we could choose from. It was helpful and refreshing, we choose a steel door and new side paneling for the doors. It was about the next day they came out to measure the door, and sent off the order from their supplier to get our door and parts custom made and cut. Which was the longest part of the process (took about 2-3 weeks). Afterwards, they got the parts in, and installed the whole thing in less than 4 hours. It looks great, and they took great care with the house during installation. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend. See more See less
